CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policies apply to all of our programming

  • Refunds will not be provided.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

  • We do not offer makeups if a day is missed.

  • Sick Policy: If child is sick and cannot attend to one class, please email us at hello@creatingmemiami.com so we can let you know if we have availability for a make up class on the same month of the absence (it doesn't roll over to the next month).

  • If you need to cancel your monthly membership, please email us at hello@creatingmemiami.com at least one week prior to your next billing cycle. If not cancelled, you’ll be charged automatically.

  • In house credits must be used during the active semester. Credits do not roll over to the next semester.

  • LATE PICK UP: If the child is picked up more than 15 mins after the end of the class, you'll be automatically charged a Late Pick Up Fee of $20

DAILY OR WEEKLY PASSES (Camps, Events, Drop-In Classes)

  • If you need to cancel your booking (before the class’ starting date) we will give you in house credit for future bookings minus a 15% re-scheduling fee when new activity is booked. You must let us know via email at hello@creatingmemiami.com.

  • In house credits must be used during the active semester. Credits do not roll over to the next semester.

  • Sick Policy for Daily Pass: If child is sick and cannot attend, purchased daily pass can be used as credit for future activities. There will be a 15% re-scheduling fee when new activity is booked. Please let us know via email at hello@creatingmemiami.com before the beginning of the session.

  • Birthday Party Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable.
